International Jury Motivation. The project solves, in a radical way and with rationality, the problems of the dense city and the difficulty of creating shared community spaces. Architecture deals with the theme of housing in a simple and rational way, innovating the global morphology rather than focusing on each building, creating a small neighborhood with public spaces, both shared and private.
