Motivation of the jury. The jury has awarded a mention to the Mosca Bianca project because it is a great example of how a small project can produce an extraordinary experience. The project is based on the experience of ceramic craftwork and proposes an experience based on matter and light.

It is not always necessary to define the perimeter of the space to define the spatial attributes and in this beautiful project the design of the skylight and how this gives a twist form to the light is enough to provide an intense experience. 

In the details the project is also rich and complex just by designing a central piece of furniture for craftwork. The simple solution produces a beautiful geometry and a smart structural performance.
